How do we do it?
AFRY supports the entire life cycle of industrial projects, from the study and development phase, through detailed design, project and supplier management, to testing and commissioning. The company offers comprehensive engineering expertise in the fields of process, mechanical and piping design, electrical connections, instrumentation, automation, and civil, structural and architectural services. Our services range from energy (decarbonisation, energy efficiency and reduction of energy consumption and renewable energies), reduction of raw material consumption (water, cellulose), design and optimisation of production processes, to civil engineering (new buildings and renovation of existing buildings) and plant engineering.
For whom?
The AFRY office in Lucca serves the Process Industries, including sectors such as paper, chemicals and biorefining, mining and metallurgy. AFRY has been supporting Italian clients in these areas for decades and, with this expansion, responds to the strong demand for industrial engineering and project management services in one of the most important paper hubs in Europe, thus enhancing AFRY’s consolidated experience in this sector.
